First grade got hands on experience at being a paleontologist. They dug up mini fossils and put it together. This was the most focused I've seen them!
Congratulations to the winners of the fire prevention coloring contest. They will receive a ride to school on a fire truck!
First grade had a great time learning about our solar system! We used pretzels and marshmallows to make tasty star consolations and we made our own glowing planets!

Please donate duct tape, masking tape, newspapers/grocery adds, plastic containers of all shapes & sizes, plus toilet paper & paper towel rolls ASAP! This week the elementary art classes got to have a Christmas party with Mrs. Burnham. They drank hot cocoa and decorated cookies. Lots of fun was had by all!
This year Student Council decided they wanted to adopt a family with funds they raised. Mrs. Noe and Mrs. Burnham got to deliver a Christmas surprise to some deserving children.
